1. The service
GLACIER AI provides API access to Chinese AI models for international developers. The product is digital AI inference: text, image and video capabilities depend on the selected model.
2. What Token means
A token is a unit used to measure model input or output. It is not a cryptocurrency or investment product. Image and video services may use different billing units, which must be shown in the model price.
3. Model identity and compatibility
The catalog uses Berserk service names. The underlying provider, model version and permitted uses need to be identified before purchase. OpenAI compatibility describes an interface format; it does not identify the model provider or imply an affiliation.
4. Account and API keys
Keep your account details accurate and your API keys private. If you suspect unauthorised access, revoke affected keys and contact info@berserkapi.com with the relevant request IDs.
5. Fees and purchase information
Review the selected model, usage unit and price before making requests. Delivery and billing details and refund information are available as separate pages in this policy centre.
6. Responsible use
Use only data you are entitled to submit. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement or unlawful content. Review generated outputs before relying on them; AI outputs can be inaccurate.
7. Contract details awaiting publication
The operator is glacier, based in mainland China. Full registered entity details, governing law, service territories, suspension and termination terms, and liability provisions remain to be confirmed.
