1. Policy status
A final refund and cancellation policy has not yet been published. Refund eligibility, request deadlines, treatment of unused credits and consumed usage, fees and processing times remain to be confirmed. This page is not a no-refund policy.
2. Billing enquiries
For a duplicate charge, missing credits or a billing error, keep the order ID, date, amount and currency. Do not send your full card number, security code, password or API key. Send billing enquiries to info@berserkapi.com.
3. Cancellation and statutory rights
Stopping API requests stops new requests, but does not itself cancel a subscription or refund a balance. Any recurring-payment and cancellation terms must be disclosed before purchase. This draft does not limit applicable statutory rights.
