1. Information involved in the service
Account registration, authentication, API requests, usage records and payments involve different categories of information. Request content can include prompts, files and generated output; do not submit data without appropriate permission.
2. Model processing and international transfers
Model origin alone does not establish where data is processed. Before submitting personal or confidential data, confirm the selected provider, processing locations, retention period and whether content is used for training.
3. Browser storage
This frontend saves language preferences in local browser storage and uses session cookies for account access. Clearing these settings can reset preferences or require sign-in again. The full production cookie and third-party inventory remains to be verified.
4. Access, correction and deletion requests
Send privacy enquiries or requests to access, correct or delete your personal information to info@berserkapi.com. Describe the account and request without sending a password or API key. The applicable procedure and response time still need to be finalised.
5. Notice awaiting publication
